Introduction

BASED ON MCU(Micro Controller Unit) AND ADOPTED
ASIC (Application Specific intergrated cicuit) CHIP.
MULTI FUNCTIONAL PROTECTION - OVERCURRENT,
PHASE REVERSAL, PHASE LOSS, PHASE UNBALANCE,
LOCKED ROTOR, SHORT CIRCUIT.
1) The 3 phase currents are displayed in sequence.
2) Possible setting with poten tionmeter.
   (overcurrent, delay time, operating time, short)
3) Selectable functions and CT ratios with DIP switches.
   (phase reversal, phase loss, time-current characteristic,
    short current)

How to set up

1. CURRENT :
     Definite Time(Function SW#3 OFF)  - Set the rated motor
     current 110~115% of running current after motor run-up
     Inverse Time(Function SW#3 ON) - 100% of rated motor
     current or actual load current is recommended.
2. D-TIME : Set the expected run-up time of motor by
   "D-TIME" potentiometer.
3. O-TIME :
   Definite-Time - Set the desired trip delay time.
   Inverse Time - Set the trip delay time according to
   Time-Current characteristics
4. SHORT:
    Set the multiples of overcurrent setting to be protected.
    When the short potentiometer adjust, the display of short
    is indicated the multiple of overcurrent setting.
