               DIGITAL OVERCURRENT RELAY

            MODEL : EOCR-3DM

                (Selectable Charactistic : Definite/Inverse Time)

Introduction

BASED ON MCU(MICRO CONTROLLER UNIT) AND ADOPTED
ASIC(Application Specific Intergrated Circuit)CHIP
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PROTECTION : OVERCURRENT,
PHASE REVERSAL, PHASE LOSS, PHASE UNBALANCE,
LOCKED ROTOR.
1) The real current of 3 phases are displayed in sequence.
2) Possible setting with potentiometer.
(overcurrent, delay time, operating time, alert)
3) Selectable functions and CT ratios with DIP switches.
(phase reversal, phase loss, time-current, characteristic,
     alert signal)

How to set up

1. CURRENT : Definite Time - Set the rated motor current by
"CURRENT" potentiometer. For protection of connected
machinery with motor, it is rrecommended to set the
110~115% of running current after motor current is
     stabilized.
Inverse Time - 100% of rated motor current or actual motor
     current is recommended.
2. D-TIME : Set the expected run-up time of motor by
   "D-TIME" potentiometer.
3. O-TIME : Definite-Time - Set the desired trip delay time.
(from over the preset current to internal relay de-energize.)
Inverse Time - Set the trip delay time according to
   Time-Current characteristics
!!!!!Select the  by characteristic by DIP switch #3.
4. ALERT : After motor run-up, slowly turn the "ALERT"
potentiometer CCW,until the "a" flashes and number
displayes on the screen. Then the number indicates the load
factor of the motor. refer to "FUNCTION AND
    INDICATION OF ALERT"
